Regrettably, biased and misleading information has been spread about GreenFlux regarding tariffs at public charging stations in the Netherlands.
GreenFlux provides an EV charging software as well as optional EV roaming services to Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and e-mobility service providers (eMSPs).
CPOs define the tariffs for direct payment options as well as the roaming tariffs towards GreenFlux’s managed roaming services. GreenFlux defines and communicates the managed roaming service tariff towards its eMSP customers and always notifies them in time via multiple channels.
Ultimately, every eMSP defines its own tariffs and is responsible for transparent tariff communication towards their customers (the EV drivers). GreenFlux is not involved in the relationship and the commercial conditions between eMSPs and EV drivers, and consequently not in any discussion about compensation.
Thus, we firmly reject the allegations of non-transparent tariff adjustments.
