Migration of 2,500 public charge points
When charge point operator Equans won the Amsterdam concession, they had to migrate 2,500 charge points to the GreenFlux charge point management system. We successfully did so with great stakeholder communication, hardware and firmware upgrades, smart charging solutions and an eye on cybersecurity.
