GreenFlux, the leading provider of an EV charging platform, today announced that it achieved the ISO 27001 certification, the highest internationally-acknowledged standard for information security, in February.

Since its founding in 2011, GreenFlux has been committed to supporting EV players to run their EV charging infrastructure efficiently and securely. The ISO 27001 recognition validates that the company’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) conforms to rigid controls.

'We are proud to receive the ISO 27001 certification. It proves that GreenFlux is a trusted partner in the EV market and shows our commitment to safeguarding data with the right measures and processes in place. Being certified by external auditors ensures our customers that they can run their business with the GreenFlux EV charging platform in a fully secured environment, handled confidentially and with integrity,' said Jan-Joost van Dam, COO, and CFO of GreenFlux.

The organisation’s ongoing commitment to the continuous evaluation, review, and improvement of information security measures, coupled with a yearly external audit, ensure that the ISO 27001 measures are kept at the highest standards.

'We’ve worked diligently to increase transparency with all personnel, and embed the best security practices into all our processes and systems. Reaching this milestone demonstrates the maturity and reliability of GreenFlux’s information security programme,' said Matheus de Lara Calache, Information Security Manager at GreenFlux.
